I am a graduate student at the University of Chicago (maybe I will get my PhD one of these days?). When not engrossed in research, I like to dabble behind the lens as well as in the kitchen, as long as the recipe makes a baked good. Otherwise, I tend to survive on sandwiches, mac’n'cheese and spoonfuls of peanut butter (truth be told, I’d rather spend money on shoes than on grocery).
